Hi everybody, This was my first ever made AMV that i made and entered in for the ANIMECON 2012 AMV contest on Sathurday 19th of May. I was 9th place in the editors vote and 4th place in the audience vote. Just like to thank the fans in the audience for the many laughs and support you gave me and I hope to make many more of these AMV's to entertain you people. A little about how I made this AMV: Programs used: Photoshop Elements 9, Sony Vegas Pro 10 Anime used : Highschool of the Dead, Lucky Star At first I didn't have a clue how to make a AMV since this is my first ever. So with a lot of research on the net and finding a good program to work with I just started with some music and a anime. For the most part its a lot of loose pictures cut out and put behind each other. For example, the arm with the gun that kanata holds, the spinning eyes and all the anime that flashes on her screen are all loose pics made in photoshop put one after the other put over the original. All the pieces that where used in the Thriller edit where cut-outs frame by frame from the original clip, and then blurred the edges so it would flow into the background. lip syncing is done the same way, take out someones lips with photoshop and place them over the existing lips in the clip, opening and closing them flame by frame. And the headbanging zombies are one movement repeated back and forth. The disco was made the last. The windows are covered with a transparant film in different colors and also the ...
