Nothing Else Matters est l'une des chansons les plus connues du groupe de thrash/heavy metal Metallica. Figurant sur le Black Album (1991), cette ballade dénote par rapport aux compositions habituelles du groupe : elle débute par une longue introduction jouée à la guitare acoustique et ses paroles parlent sur un ton mélancolique d'indépendance et de ce qui est le plus important dans la vie.
