Gopi is taken to the operation theater. Kokila comforts Aham and assures him that Gopi will be fine. Rashi is shocked to learn that Urmila's blood group is O' negative and that she had not volunteered to donate blood at the hospital when Jigar and Aham had been frantically searching for donors and calling up blood banks. Urmila refuses to donate blood to Gopi. Kokila tells her family that the doctor has asked Aham to arrange for more O' negative blood for the operation. Urmila's family pleads with her to go to the hospital to donate blood to Gopi. Urmila locks herself in a room and makes excuses for not donating blood.
