Officer Nelson aborts his investigation and runs over to the scene of a traffic stop. When the officer arrives, he forced to use his taser on the uncooperative driver involved in the traffic stop. To their surprise, the desperate driver takes off in his vehicle and leads them on a dangerous high-speed chase. The pursuit ends when the several police units corner the suspect in a public parking lot. When asked why he ran, the driver claims that the officers scared him.
