Here's my second static test done on 25 January 2009. This one is my frog stand. Since they are probably quite boring to watch I've just written the results for my other tests onto this video. I improved on my frog stand this week by 8 seconds. However my arms are still not completely straight. My aim is to get to 1 solid minute then I will move onto the tuck planche variation.
