The G3 Impact Test! -- We found an old Macintosh G3 Computer that one of the Emerson College computer labs were throwing out - so we took it home, and scavenged it for parts. The motherboard was broken, the PSU at least 8 years old, and the RAM and HDDs had already been removed. With no useful parts to be found, the next logical step was to get rid of the rest of it! There is a 45 foot cliff in Nahant, MA that seemed like the best way to do this. We recorded video with two low-quality digital cameras, and took still photos as well. Afterwards, we cleaned up all of the pieces, and disposed of them properly - so as not to pollute the beautiful waters of the North Shore... which were a good 15-20 feet from the impact site.
