$49.99 IKEA Multi-Color DIODER Lights ( www.ikea.com ), attached to back of 37" Samsung HDTV with 3M Command Strips. DIODER has three different modes. You can set a specific color for them to display, alternatively there are two "cycle" modes. One is a smooth cycle that fades between colors and the other one is much more sudden, hard-switching between colors. Ambient Lighting significantly reduces eyestrain when watching movies, TV shows or playing video games in the dark. My next project will be to potentially try to interface with the lighting toggle switch through USB, if not controlling the lights directly through some sort of USB RGB controller. Logic Studio 9 experiment. Using only Logic instruments and sounds. Ambient exploration. Video is a handheld camera on an ArtMatic Demo just to have something to look at. Very low tech. I used iMovie and Logic 9. Such a rush job I restarted the sound file to match the longer video recording.
